Rental Policy

◆  All rental items must be returned within the agreed rental timeline.

◆  Late returns will attract additional daily charges.

◆  Items returned in a damaged condition may attract repair or full replacement fees.

◆  A refundable caution fee is required on all rental bookings and will be returned upon safe return of items.

Purchase & Exchange Policy

◆  Purchased items may be exchanged within 48 hours of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original condition.

◆  Custom-made items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has commenced.

◆  Items must be returned with original packaging and tags intact for any exchange to be honoured.
